Manchester Storm Make History

The Arena's resident ice hockey team, Manchester Storm, made history on 23 Feburary 1997 when they drew a crowd of 17,245 people for their match against Sheffield Steelers. Storm not only won the game, but gained the record for for the largest ice hockey attendance at a UK league game.
