What items are not allowed into the arena?

Backpacks, holdalls, luggage, oversized bags and cushions. (Bags larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm will not be permitted)

In addition these items are also not permitted into the arena or anything else which we deem to ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others; 

  • Glass, cans, aluminium bottles or thermoses of any kind including liquid products which can be consumed.
  • Flammable liquids in any container
  • Laser pens/pointers
  • Video cameras, recording devices and professional cameras
  • Laptop computers, iPads, Go Pro’s or tablets with filming and recording capabilities
  • Large/golf/metal tipped umbrellas
  • Knives or weapons of any kind
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Signs, banners or flags on poles, staffs or selfie sticks
  • Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities)
  • Air horns, whistles, cowbells or other noise-making distractions
  • Projectiles (frisbees, beach balls, footballs etc)
  • Aerosol cans (hairspray, deodorant etc )
  • Fireworks, confetti or glitter bombs or sprays
  • Balloons
  • Use of wheeled footwear, skateboards
  • Food
  • Masks and helmets
  • Large studs and chains
  • Audio or visual recording devices including go-pros, ipads, selfie sticks, detachable lens cameras.
  • Laser pens, pointers, glow sticks
  • Large belt buckles
  • Large chain wallets (under 1.5 inches are okay) 
  • Candles, whistles, horns or other noise making devices
  • Inflatable items (including beach balls)
  • Signs of any size
  • Spiked bracelets, belts, neck collars, spiked boots, chains, sharp, pointed rings or jackets.
  • Anything else which we deem to ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others.

The Heineken Sky Lounge is our private, over 18s only pre-show space where you can enjoy drinks before taking your seats to enjoy the show.

Terms And Conditions

  • The Heineken Sky Lounge opens 30 minutes before doors open to the public and closes 10 minutes before the start of the main act.
  • Admission via the private entrance on Hunts Bank. Please note that there is no access to the Heineken Sky Lounge from within the arena. You must access the Heineken Sky Lounge via the dedicated entrance at Arena Point on Hunts Bank, sign posted with Heineken Flags.
  • Upgrade option only, must have a ticket to the show.
  • Over 18s only.
  • No re-admittance.
  • Bar closes 10 minutes before the start of the main act.

PLEASE NOTE: The upgrade above does NOT include an event ticket.
