Due to phenomenal demand, Kylie has annnounced two extra UK dates on her highly anticipated ‘Tension Tour’ for 2025, including Tuesday 20th May at Manchester’s AO Arena.
Opening in Kylie’s home country, Australia, the world tour will then head into Asia and reach the UK in May, with more countries and dates to be announced over the coming weeks including Europe and North and South America.
Kylie said: “I am beyond excited to announce the TENSION TOUR 2025. I can’t wait to share beautiful and wild moments with fans all over the world, celebrating the Tension era and more! It’s been an exhilarating ride so far and now, get ready for your close up because I will be calling Lights, Camera, Action … and there will be a whole lot of Padaming!”
Tickets for the UK dates will go on general sale at 10am Friday 27th September.
How to Book Accessible Tickets with Ticketmaster?
- Please visit ao-arena.com and select the event you are purchasing for.
- Make sure to select the "All Ticket Types" option to prompt the drop-down menu to appear.
- From there, you can select your specific access needs, such as Wheelchair Access (including zero-step access) or Ambulant Access.
- If you're using mobile device please tap "Select seats on map" to view the seating plan and locate accessible tickets.
- Additionally, please remember to select the seat next to the accessible ticket to add a companion ticket before proceeding to click "Get Tickets" (All tickets must be purchased in one transaction as free companion tickets cannot be added after the booking has been made.)

What Tickets Should I Book?
We have dedicated access platform seating areas in Blocks, 105, 108, 109 has seen on the venue map. “AP” means accessible platform (e.g. AP105) and is level access and wheelchair accessible. “CP” means camera platform (e.g. CP113) and is also level access and wheelchair accessible. The only difference being is the camera platform is designed for fewer guests than the accessible platform.
There are also wheelchair accessible and ambulant tickets available on the floor - please ensure you have followed the above instructions in "How to Book Tickets with Ticketmaster" to highlight the floor seats available with a companion.
Please note that accessibility seating in “row X” of the tiered seating requires the use of ten steps with a handrail to access.
For all other access requirements including sight and hearing-impaired requirements, bringing something else into the venue e.g., Assistance Dogs, Oxygen Cylinders, Ventilators etc., please contact the venue’s accessibility team on contactus@ao-arena.com - Please do not email multiple times.
Do I need to register with Ticketmaster if I am already registered with the AO Arena Access Scheme?
Yes – Ticketmaster have a separate Access Scheme which is separate to the venues. After making a booking - you will then be emailed with the instructions on how to register to the Ticketmaster Access Scheme. Please see the information below taken from Ticketmaster's website also:
"Once you have made a booking we will contact you within 72 hours of purchase, requesting proof of disability – you can also submit your accessible information on our accessibility registration form. Once we have received proof of disability, any existing or future accessible bookings that are part of our verification process made within the next 2 years will be validated."
Can I purchase Accessible tickets during the pre-sale?
Yes – if you have been given access to the pre-sale, you will be able to purchase accessible tickets still. Please ensure you follow the instructions sent to you.
