Can I wear football colours/ shirts?
No domestic or international shirts, flags or other paraphernalia will be permitted. Only England.
Can I bring in any atmospheric devices?
Vuvuzela style items will be permitted, but airhorns and instruments such as drums will not be allowed inside the venue.
Are there age restrictions?
This is a family-friendly event, however all U14s must be accompanied by a ticketholder over 18.
Do you accept cash?
AO Arena is a cashless venue.
Is there a smoking/ vaping area?
The venue operates a strict no smoking policy which also includes the use of e-cigarettes/ vapes.
There are no pass outs or re-admission of any kind. If you choose to leave the venue to smoke, you will not be allowed back in to the venue.
