Venue Facilities

The Arena is proud to offer the following:

Blue badge parking is available at an onsite car park (please note that this is not operated by the venue).

Lift access within both the car park and Victoria Station allows access to our Box Office and City Room entrance. Lift access to the right of the Hunts Bank steps allows access to our Hunts Bank entrance.

A box office window with a lowered counter and hearing loop system.

Concession stands with lowered counters.

Designated areas within the venue for wheelchair users, or those with walking difficulties, and their personal assistant.

At least one wheelchair accessible toilet in all of our toilet facilities.

5 x unisex accessible toilets fitted with radar keys.

A Changing Places toilet. 

A hearing loop within the arena bowl. Please speak to the Accessibility Team for more details on booking tickets in this area.

‘House’ wheelchairs are available if required. We recommend that customers use the City Rooms entrance and speak to a steward desk to make use of this service, subject to availability.

Stewards who can also provide assistance help customers reach their seats.

A Customer Service (Tickets and Info) desk located on our concourse next to the Hunts Bank entrance should any customers require any further assistance once in the venue.

Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK) accredited dogs with formal identification are welcome at the Arena. If you would like to bring an assistance dog to the venue, please contact us in advance so we can make additional arrangements to care for your dog during the event.



We have five unisex accessible toilets with Radar Locks as well as further accessible toilets inside each block of male and female toilets. They are conveniently located near to the accessible bays. Stewards on the tops of the aisles can direct you to the nearest ones. 

If you do not have your own Radar key, the steward nearest to the toilet has one that you can use. Alternatively, you can borrow a key from the Tickets and Info (Customer Services) desk on the concourse near to the Hunts Bank entrance.

We have a Changing Places fully accessible toilet by Block 106 on Level 0 (Arena Floor). Please contact your nearest steward for access or visit the Customer Services desk on the concourse near the Hunts Bank entrance. This toilet is larger than a standard wheelchair accessible toilet and includes a height-adjustable changing bench, a hoist and room for up to two PAs. 

This facility has level entry.
The floor surface is smooth and anti-slip.
All areas are even and well lit.
Extra wide outward opening door with mid rail.
The lock can be opened from outside in an emergency.
There is a left and right hand transfer to the WC.
Horizontal and Vertical rails are fitted beside the WC.
Hot water temperature is controlled before the point of delivery.
Emergency pull cords with internal and external reset.
Rise and Fall Changing Bed.
Please bring your own sling. The hoist is compatible with loop fastening slings only, to be used with the two point spreader bar.
Instructions are clearly displayed inside the toilet and available from the customer services desk, by entering the toilet you agree to the terms of use.
